Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to enquiries and purchases made through DT Trailers, a trading name of DT Global Trade Ltd (England & Wales).

Orders and deposits

A deposit reserves an in-stock or arriving trailer, or confirms a build slot for made-to-order trailers. Deposit amounts and terms are agreed in writing before payment. The balance is payable before or on delivery/collection.

Lead times

Lead times for made-to-order trailers are estimates (typically around 12 weeks) and may be affected by production and shipping factors outside our control. We will keep you informed of any changes.

Specifications

Images and specifications on this website are indicative. Final specification for made-to-order trailers is confirmed in writing at the point of order.

Finance

Finance is provided directly by authorised third-party lenders, subject to status and credit checks. We are not a lender and do not arrange credit.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable law. Full contractual terms are provided with your order paperwork.
